In case you are unhappy with the product, you will contact us to declare a refund.
Fine Art items must be returned within 10 days of receipt using a trackable shipping method.
Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. The customer must cover return shipping costs. Only if the return is our fault, we'll cover this charge.
All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.
Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won't be accepted for return.
Before sending a return, photograph the item for your records.
